Sending shipping documents and some special certificate, like CE, certificate of Origin, etc., by Express or providing Telex version for the buyer’s Customs clearance.

Arranging technician to the buyer’s site to install the machine and teach the buyer’s stuff to operate the machine. The related costs shall be borne by the buyer.

One-year warranty of the whole machine, exclusive of the wearing parts.

Repair damaged parts or change new parts if any problem happened free of charge during the warranty time, exclusive of the damage is caused by the buyer. If need on-site service for the problem, the related costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Providing spare parts and wearing parts after the warranty with a small cost.

Life-long service for maintenance of the machine.
