If my products suitable for your machine?
You can send us your products and package (bags/bottles/boxes, etc), and labels to make the test on our machine, and we will send you the test video.
How can I place the order?
You can transfer us 30% by T/T as deposit, then transfer us the other 70% before shipment.
How can I make sure a new machine meet our standards?
We will make the test video after the new machine is finished, and will send you the video for confirmation. And you also can visit our factory to inspect the new machine before the delivery.
What is the warranty of the new machine?
Its one year warranty for the whole set after your receiving the machine on your place.
How can I install the new machine and operate it?
We have installation video and English manual for each machine, we also can arrange engineer to your site to make the installation and teach your stuff for the operation.
How can I get the spare parts and wearing parts?
We can provide you these parts according to your request on the basis of some small costs after the warranty.
