1. High adaptability and labeling capability

Supporting multiple labeling methods such as flat, corner, and side labeling, it is especially suitable for scenarios where anti-counterfeiting labels, barcodes, or electronic supervision codes need to be affixed to the seals of cardboard boxes. Some models are equipped with a corner label smoothing device to ensure that labels are flat and wrinkle-free at corners.

2. Intelligent control system

Utilizing a PLC+touch screen human-machine interface, it presets up to 50 sets of labeling parameters, eliminating the need for re-debugging when changing product specifications, thereby enhancing production line switching efficiency. Integrated with a visual inspection system, it can automatically identify issues such as missed labeling, incorrect labeling, and label misalignment, and trigger alarms for removal.

3. Dynamic information synchronous printing

An optional real-time printing module (such as a coding machine) can be equipped to simultaneously print variable information such as production date, batch number, QR code, etc. during labeling, meeting compliance requirements for drug traceability, cold chain food supervision, and more.

4. Flexible deployment mode

It supports standalone operation or can be integrated with unpacking machines, sealing machines, and palletizing machines to form a fully automated packaging line.
