Introduction:

Hot melt adhesive labeling machine is an automated equipment used to automatically complete full or partial labeling on circular, square, and polygonal containers. By using the "mesh gluing" or "pre gluing at the beginning and end" technology, only the key parts of the label are glued, which can save 30% -50% of hot melt adhesive usage compared to full spray gluing, significantly reducing consumable costs.

Integrated servo drive, photoelectric detection, and PLC control system, the correction accuracy can reach ± 0.05mm~± 1mm, ensuring accurate label position, flatness without wrinkles, and no misalignment during overlapping.

Supports various bottle shapes such as circular, square, elliptical, and polygonal, suitable for containers with diameters ranging from 20-175mm and heights ranging from 25-375mm; Can handle OPP film PET、 Various roll label materials such as self-adhesive, paper plastic composite, etc.

The labeling speed of mainstream models can reach 400-600 bottles/minute (i.e. 36000 bottles/hour), and some high-speed models can even reach 18000-36000 bottles/hour, meeting the needs of large-scale continuous production.

Equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface, adjustable parameters, supports quick mold replacement (some devices can complete mold replacement within 5 minutes), and has multiple safety protection mechanisms such as missing label alarm, no bottle sticking, temperature and pressure detection, etc.

6. Energy saving and environmentally friendly, easy to maintain

Eliminating high energy consumption processes such as heat shrink furnaces, the overall power of the machine is about 6-12KW, which is in line with the trend of green production; Structural design optimization, with fewer vulnerable parts, supports remote technical support and regular maintenance.
