The high-speed rotary round bottle labeling machine is an automated labeling equipment specifically designed for high-volume, high-speed production environments. It is widely used in industries such as beverages, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and food, where high packaging efficiency is required. Its core advantage lies in its labeling speed, which can reach hundreds of bottles per minute, with some high-end models even exceeding 600 bottles per minute. This type of equipment adopts a rotary (revolving) motion structure, which drives the containers to rotate synchronously through a turret conveyor system, and cooperates with a high-speed labeling head to complete circumferential labeling, achieving continuous uninterrupted operation. It is particularly suitable for seamless docking with filling lines and packaging lines, forming a fully automated flow process.

The labeling speed is generally between 300 to 600 bottles per minute (i.e., 36,000 bottles per hour), and some advanced models can reach 700 bottles per minute
Adopting a servo drive + PLC control + variable frequency speed regulation system, it supports stepless speed regulation and intelligent start-stop, adapting to different production rhythms
2. High precision and intelligent correction
Labeling accuracy can reach ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm, and some models equipped with visual positioning systems have an error less than ±0.1mm
Supporting technologies such as color code tracking, AI dynamic compensation, and cam phase adjustment, it ensures precise alignment of label positions, especially suitable for labels with printed patterns or requiring aligned seams

Applicable containers: PET round bottles, glass bottles, iron cans, ampoules, vials, etc
Bottle diameter range: Φ10mm to Φ100mm, height 50mm to 350mm (specific details depend on the model)
It can handle various label materials such as adhesive labels, OPP hot-melt adhesive films, electronic supervision codes, QR codes, etc
4. Intelligent function integration
Optional equipment includes a coding machine and a thermal marking machine, which can complete the printing of production dates, batch numbers, and barcodes simultaneously during labeling
Support networking with MES/SCADA systems to enable data upload, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance
It features functions such as "labeling everything", "label shortage alarm", and "automatic rejection", reducing consumable waste and manual intervention
